Privacy as a Service with Erik Rubinstein

On Thursday, January 26, from 1pm to 2pm, Erik Rubinstein (NYLS class of 2020) will come to talk to the Privacy Law Association about Privacy as a Service, incident response, and how lawyers respond when things go wrong. He’ll also touch on fielding regulatory inquiries in the privacy law context and the nuances of class action litigation involving data breaches.

Until recently, Rubinstein was an associate of Debevoise & Plimpton, where he helped build their cybersecurity and privacy law practice alongside writing regular blog posts about the current state of the industry. He has a unique perspective on an often compliance-centric industry.
